Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Yield: 1/2 cup
1/4 pound unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon sage - minced
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Blend together all ingredients
2. Wrap in waxed paper and freeze
